Compressors
Our diesel part manufacturer offers a complete range of compressors for all major compression services, including axial, centrifugal, positive displacement, and reciprocating compressors.
Gas Turbines
Cimex Globe offers a complete line of gas turbines ready for installation in gas compression stations, oil booster stations, and power generation and cogeneration plants worldwide.
Turboexpanders
Our radial expanders are available configured with centrifugal compressors, generators, or oil brakes for refineries. The axial expanders available from our team are designed for applications such as energy recovery from refinery hot gas waste streams.
Centrifugal Pumps
Our centrifugal pump line includes single- or multistage, horizontally or radially split, and single- or double-case types.
Reducing & Metering Systems
These systems are designed and manufactured according to international codes and standards and can be adapted to all requirements. We can supply fully engineered, skid-mounted packages for fiscal metering (custody transfer) and gas treatment systems.
Steam Turbines
Cimex Globe offers a complete range of industrial steam turbines. Our steam turbines match perfectly with the driven compressor and ensure optimum efficiency without compromising on reliability and availability.
Hydraulic Filters
Today, most hydraulic systems run at higher pressures and much faster cycle times. This means that control valves and moving parts run at closer tolerances, leaving much more room for system damage.
Hydraulic filters ensure reduced system wear and sensitivity, which in turn lowers maintenance costs and maintain stringent system OE requirements
Air Filters
Lots of good and clean air is as critical as gasoline to a vehicle’s functioning. Indeed, the air intakes and filters for trucks and cars have a huge impact on the power and performance of the vehicle’s engine. Quite simply, when an engine gets cleaner air and more air, it operates better.
Fuel Filters
Today’s engines are built to more stringent specifications and finer tolerances. Fuel systems, pumps, and injectors require cleaner fuel to achieve better combustion and lower emissions. Moreover, the pressure of modern engine fuel injection systems has increased to the point where even the smallest particles can cause erosion of the injectors. That’s why the latest advances in fuel filter media can make the difference between engine power and engine problems.
Lube Filters
Oil is vital to the engine’s moving parts. It lubricates, removes heat as it circulates, and flushes contaminants out of the engine. Lube filters keep engine oil clean by capturing contaminants that can cause engine damage. New engine designs require finer filtration than older engines. Increased engine emissions control and tighter tolerances within the engine require high-efficiency filters. That makes these OEM spare parts a must for your diesel engine.
Tire Construction
The tread of the tire consists of specially compounded/vulcanized rubber, which can have unique characteristics ranging from wear resistance to cut resistance, heat resistance, low rolling resistance, or any combination of these. The purpose of the tread is to transmit the forces between the rest of the tire and the ground.
Bias Tire
The chafer of a bias tire protects the bead and body from chafing (wear from rubbing) where the tire is in contact with the rim.
The cord body, also known as the tire carcass, consists of layers of nylon plies. It confines the pressure, which supports the tire load and absorbs shocks encountered during driving. Each cord in each ply is surrounded by resilient rubber. These cords run diagonally in the direction of motion and transmit the forces from the tread down to the bead.
Radial Tire
The chafer of a radial tire acts as a reinforcement. It increases the overall stiffness of the bead area, which in turn restricts deflection and deformation and increases its durability. The chafer also assists the bead in transforming the torque forces from the rim to the radial ply.
